Dear business partner,
The steep increase in fuel prices caused by the ongoing military conflict in the Middle East has placed us, as a trucking company, in a situation that unfortunately now requires extraordinary intervention. Fuel is one of the most significant cost components of transport services, and since we do not have a crystal ball, we are unable to predict how long this situation may continue.
Being owners of a truck fleet, we are on the front line of this crisis situation, and therefore the impact of fuel price changes on our operations is direct and unavoidable.
As of 15 May 2026, we will switch to a two-week interval for calculating the fuel surcharge, instead of the temporary weekly adjustment calculation used so far. Developments have been somewhat more stable in recent weeks.
Fuel surcharge ( BAF ) 9,73 % for period 12.06 -26.06.2026
Fuel surcharge ( BAF ) 10,90 % for period 29.05 -11.06.2026
Fuel surcharge ( BAF ) 12,02 % for period 15.05 -28.05.2026
The fuel surcharge calculation is based on fuel prices published in the European Commission’s Weekly Oil Bulletin portal, which provides public information accessible to all interested parties. The information is published every Thursday and covers fuel prices for the previous week in all European Union member states (except HVO diesel).

The base diesel price has been calculated on the basis of the average diesel fuel price over the last six months: 1,375 EUR per liter.
Base diesel price : Diesel price during the period under review = change %
BAF = Fuel share (35% of production costs) × change in diesel price during the comparison period, %
